FAQ about our bonus system with points and vouchers!

How does the bonus system work?
You will receive your first bonus check after you have spent SEK 2,500 or more. You earn an 8% bonus on everything you buy. Bonus checks are activated four times per year.

How long is the bonus voucher valid?
It is valid for six months.

What can I use my bonus on?
The bonus applies to all products. The bonus check is valid both in our webshop in our stores in Stockholm and Uppsala (view stores).

How do I know how much bonus I have?
You can see your bonus amount in the bonus email that is sent out 4 times a year. You can also see the amount in our webshop once you have added your item and clicked on the shopping cart. Please remember that you must be logged in.

What should I do if I have trouble logging in?
Try clicking on “Forgot password” on the login page and enter your email address. You should then receive an email to reset your password (please also check your spam folder). Follow the instructions in the email.

Can I split my bonus over several purchases?
If the total amount of your purchase is less than your bonus check, the remaining balance will be saved. (This does not apply in-store, where the full bonus check amount must be used in one purchase.)

How do I use my bonus check?
You can use it when shopping in our webshop or in our stores in Stockholm or Uppsala (view stores) If you shop online, you will see the bonus check in the shopping cart. If you shop in our stores, simply let us know that you are a member and we can see your bonus check at the checkout.

If you don't want to use your bonus on your order, you can simply uncheck the box.

It's important to always use the same account to collect your bonus points. Note that our accounts are linked to your e-mail and phone number so if you want to create a new account - please contact us so that we can transfer your points!
