About the Rewards Program
How does the Rewards program work?
You will receive your first reward voucher in the period when you have spent SEK 2,500 or more. You earn 8% back in rewards on all your purchases.
How long is the voucher valid?
The voucher is valid for 3 months.
What can I use my rewards for?
Your rewards can be used on all products. The reward voucher is valid both in the webshop and in our store at Bondegatan 12.
How do I know how much I have in rewards?
You can see your rewards balance in the email that is sent out. You will also see the amount in the webshop checkout when you add a product to your cart.
Please note that you must be logged in.
What should I do if I have trouble logging in?
Try clicking Forgot password / Activate account on the Log in page and enter your email address. You should then receive an email to update your password (please also check your spam folder). Follow the instructions in the email.
Please note that it is important to always use the same email address.
If this does not work, go to the Become a Member page and enter your email address under Create account. Check whether you receive an email to activate your account (also check your spam folder).
