Delivery and Returns

Order confirmation
Once we have received your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email with details of your purchase. Please always review your confirmation and contact us as soon as possible if anything seems unclear. We reserve the right to prior sale.

Shipping & delivery
Shipping outside of Sweden normally takes 2-6 working days depending on where in the world you are located. Your parcel will be delivered by Postnord/DPD or UPS depending on the country. Please make sure you have provided us with your mobile number so you can get updates about your delivery from the delivery service. Neither Postnord/DPD or UPS will deliver the package if no one is home to collect it. This is done for security reasons.

We always do our best to send your order as soon as possible. If there are delays, please track through the delivery provider and if that is not possible, contact us.

Delivery Fee
The delivery charge outside Sweden is SEK 99-199. (Approx. 9-19 Euro) You can see the exact cost for delivery to your country by proceeding to the checkout. (For Norway, an order over 3500 SEK will have a delivery charge of SEK 179).

Payments
You can pay with either VISA or MASTERCARD. The payments on our website are always processed through Svea (Svea Bank AB, Organisation number: 556158-7634).  If you have any questions about how your payment is processed, please contact us.

Collect your parcel
Please note that you must collect your parcel in order to make a return. Parcels that are not collected will not be returned automatically.

Returns & Refunds
We allow for a 14-day return policy if you are not happy with your purchase. All returned items need to be in unused condition with all labels still attached. 

Change Size

If you would like to change the size of your item, place a new order of that item on our webshop. We will credit your first purchase when we recieve it in return.

1. Fill out the return form that came with your parcel.
2. Pack the return form with the items that you would like to return, please reuse the bag that came with your shipment if possible.
3. Within EU: Use the return label that came with your order. Outside EU: Book the return shipment yourself and place the label on the bag.

Disclaimer
In the case of incorrect stock balance that affect your order we will contact you via e-mail. Cissi och Selma AB cannot warrant that the content of the website (www.cissiochselma.se) at all times is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. We cannot guarantee that all colours on the website are totally equivalent to the actual colours on the items presented. This will always depend on colour settings of different computers and monitors.

Dispute
In the event ofa dispute, Cissi och Selma AB will follow the recommendations from The National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

We collect, save and process personal data for you as a customer to be able to make a purchase and get the parcel delivered to you. It's also used for us to be able to contact you via e-mail for customer service as well as be able to send you our newsletter.
