Order confirmation
Once we have received your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email with details of your purchase. Please always review your confirmation and contact us as soon as possible if anything seems unclear. We reserve the right to prior sale.
Shipping & delivery
Shipping outside of Sweden normally takes 2-7 working days depending on where in the world you are located. Your parcel will be delivered by Postnord/DPD or UPS depending on the country. Please make sure you have provided us with your mobile number so you can get updates about your delivery from the delivery service. Neither Postnord/DPD or UPS will deliver the package if no one is home to collect it. This is done for security reasons.
For UK customers: minimum order value is SEK 1800. All orders shipped to the United Kingdom are subject to UK import VAT (20%), which is charged by customs upon arrival and payable by the recipient. Import VAT is not included in our prices.
Delivery Fee
The delivery charge outside Sweden is SEK 99-199. (Approx. 9-19 Euro) You can see the exact cost for delivery to your country by proceeding to the checkout. (For Norway, an order over 3500 SEK will have a delivery charge of SEK 179).
We always do our best to send your order as soon as possible. If there are delays, please track through the delivery provider first and if that is not possible, contact us.
Payment methods
Customers outside Sweden can pay with either VISA or MASTERCARD. The payments on our website are always processed through Swedish bank SVEA (Svea Bank AB, Organisation number: 556158-7634). If you have any questions about how your payment is processed, please contact us.
Parcel collection
Collect your parcel according to selected delivery method. Please note that you must collect your parcel in order to make a return. Parcels that are not collected will not be returned automatically.
Returns & Refunds
We allow for a 14-day return policy if you are not happy with your purchase. All returned items need to be in unused condition with all labels still attached. 14 days return policy is valid from order delivery date. We process your return within 2 days upon receiving the package. Reimbursment takes around 1-3 days through SVEA and you will receive your refund via the same payment method used at check-out.
Change Size
If you would like to change the size of your item, you need to place a new order on our webshop. We will credit your first purchase when we recieve it in return.
Return charge
Return shipping charge are at the customers expense. Within EU: Use the pre-paid return label that comes with your order, the cost is SEK 119 (approx. 11 Euro) which will be deducted from your return payment when we recieve your return and approve it. Outside EU: You pay for the return shipping yourself and select your own delivery method..
How do I return my item?

Fill out the return form that came with your parcel.

Pack the return form with the items that you would like to return, please reuse the bag that came with your shipment if possible.

Within EU: Use the return label that came with your order. Outside EU: Book the return shipment yourself and place the label on the bag.
